Within this website is information to help you find out exactly what a Birth Doula is and does. Being pregnant and birthing a baby are the most magical moments of your lives, and I look forward to helping you achieve whatever birthing experience that works for you and your family.

Being a Doula is one of my greatest passions. I love helping families be born into circumstances that fit their own personal wishes and desires. At this time I am Provisionally teaching the Bradley Method ® of childbirth education. Classes run in twelve week series, meeting once a week for a two hour session. The class is geared towards husband coached natural childbirth, teaching: relaxation, nutrition, exercise, positive communications, all of the stages of labor and delivery, breastfeeding, and more.
